I'm pretty sure that the only person at this bank who knows anything about banking is the manager, and that is doubtful. I spoke to the Operations Service Manager, and they said they were "not a banker." I spoke to No. 2 and they might have well been a Jiffy Lube Asst. Mgr. Had never heard of online brokerage. A staff person took a message from me and completely misspelled my name so bad. So these people don't even get customer service.
