We have a safety deposit box at this bank and recently went in to access it. The clerk there was very rude. She is our neighbor and has proven to be hateful toward us outside of her job, telling many lies, making threats and then acting on them, etc. But we never expected that the bank managers would allow her to treat customers with such rudeness inside the bank. There is simply no excuse for such behavior.
