My family had been doing business with Security/Vista Banks since the 1980's. My husband passed away in February 2015.  We had taken out several loans and paid them off during the years.  We had 3 loans at Vista that where being paid on at the time of his passing.  61 days from his death I receive a letter from a Lawyer hired by Vista Bank to call my loans due, for default, keep in mind all payments were up to date and had be being paid on time.  Troy at Vista claimed they had sent out a letter to me saying the loans were in default because they had not been contacted about a probate, which there was not going to be one... which I never received and to date still have not seen this letter.  I not knowing what to do called Troy and was told I had to speak to the lawyer not him...WHAT FREINDLY SERVICE.... Needless to say I had to come up with the money to pay off the loans at a time when I am still greiving over the loss of the Love of my lIFE FOR 43 YEARS WHO HAD PASSED AWAY ON OUR 43RD WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.  You would have thought I would have deserved a phone call instead of a letter from a Lawyer.  I will never do business with VISTA again and will not reccomend them to anyone that I know.
