chase is going to lose a lot of customers. in addition to what one of the other reviewers mentioned, their "mining" tactics, as well as screwing all the loyal WAMU customers by now reneging on the FREE checking.
i'm moving my money.
this place stinks. crooks. very shady tactics recently that i do not care for.
worse than used car sales people. very shady practices.
not happy customer. i banked with wamu for over 11 years.
