I had a cd at 5% for 5 months…When it automatically renewed the rate was switched to .05%. Instead of getting the $2200 Iwas expecting , I got $22. They said “well it was all in that super fine print”. Who the hell would agree to that unless they were tricked into it…I will be cancelling all accounts with Truist now that I have learned they are one of the worst most crooked banks in the country…Beware people…look at those statements carefully…If they can get a few customers at each branck to fall for this ,they make millions of scammed money….
