I have banked with this bank for 15 years and have found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. I have had no problems with them, ever. Not only do they carefully listen to my concerns but they always solve any problem or misunderstandings I may have. I moved from Ms 7 years ago but I still use TCB for all my banking needs. HooRaah
