After battling with another bank for several months over access to my account, I decided it was time to make a change.
I stopped in 6th the San Gabriel branch, first time in any Cadence location. I was greeted by two different people upon entering and asked how they could assist me.
The young woman who helped me get an account set up Wass courteous and very polite. She asked all the questions but also how I was doing.
If this is the normal for this bank, I wu=ill be more than pleased.
