Josie Angelo has been so helpful in helping me in support of my father. At every turn she has always went the extra mile with genuine concern and a smile!
In fact, I have always been greeted in a friendly manner by all I have come in contact with at the Milan Road Branch.

I went to cash a check drawn on a PNC account, they refused and told me I had to wait for it to clear. And I have (or had I closed it) an account with this bank! Worst service I know. Go to 5th 3rd!
