Terrible service.
I have been a customer of first Bank of Mundelein, then First Midewest and finally bought out by Old National Bank. Difficult to rreach anyone at my local branch. I have both persoanl and business accounts at ONB. I have been on hold for over 3 hours. Unable to make deposits to my Business account due to restictionon onlne mobile deposits. Very unhelpful staff, banker and Branch Manager. I am researching other local bank branches. No way to treat a customer
