I deposited a cashiers check into my existing account ans was told that more than half (6k) would clear by the following morning. It did not . I spent 7 hours on the phone with both the branch and head quarters and was given the complete run around by all. I even spoke with an agent then requested their supervisor and then their supervisor and theirs only to have the 3rd supervisor up actually begin to barely speak English. Even though an entire hour she spoke perfect English. I finally had the manager of the bank branch that issued me the cashiers check call the river park branch and remind them that federal regulation requires them to release the funds within 24 hours. They are still holding my funds. It is also a complete impossibility to reach anybody by phone at this location and apparently the manager is on a 4 week vacation making him unreachable. The stand in acting manager was on a conference call for 6 hours today. If you intend to access your money at any point I highly recommend AGAINST using bank of america. Especially this location. They definately do not respect their clients and clearly do not follow federal regulations or laws that pertain to banking. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !
