Love our Bankers - NOT NEW DOYLESTOWN LOCATION

Very disappointed with the new location of the Doylestown branch. It's very inconvenient.
The old location on State Street was the BEST!

I can't say enough about this branch. I have been with Univest for over 30 years. I live in Montgomery county. The service and products have always been ok. But I recently bought a property in OC NJ and started using the branch on 9th and West. I won't go to any other branch now unless I desperately have to. Yes the products are the same but the team there is awesome. First off, they know their s*&t, they are patient and professional. They helped me so often with challenges that I was having. They went go above and beyond. It's not just with me, I saw how they treated the other customers that come in. It's actually fun to go there and do banking stuff! The manager there has done a great job building a high performing team. I see that there's is ownership from each teammate at that branch. Whether you are going through the drive through or going in to open an account, expect to have an awesome experience.

I normally do banking on line. But the for the first time i needed cash to finish my Christmas shopping. Unfortunately I withdrew pretty big amount and I wanted my cash in certain denominations., like mostly twenties and tens. She didn't look thrilled while she was counting the bills. I apologized for having her to do that for me, but she didn't say anything. It was like a bother to her. I worked for a bank for years and we were always told no matter how your day is going, always show courtesy and keep smiling to all your customers. she didn't even say thank you or have a nice day or even smiled!!! Thank goodness there is always an online banking or a Mac machine.
