We've worked with Union Savings Bank in Grove City, Ohio, for nearly 20 years. We've had three refinancings managed through USB. They have been exceptionally helpful, friendly, responsive - and trustworthy. We have recommended USB to several friends.

We heard about Union Savings Bank mortgages from our son who'd had a great experience. Our situation was unusual but Union Savings Bank found a way to make it work. They were right there with us the whole way. They worked very hard for us and saved us a bunch of money. What a breath of fresh air! Thanks Union Savings Bank !

Please do your homework before you start working with this bank. They offer a low closing cost but there are several stipulations to their loans.
