Horrible service

I have been with this bank for 10 years now, since I was 19 and every time I go to the location on North 27th the service is awful. I work close by so putting my check into this branch is convenient but I will no longer be doing so. Every time I go there they mess up my bills or say they will give me an account balance and do not. They wait on several others while I wait ten minutes to get my deposit in. This last time is the final straw and I will no longer be going there even though it will be a high inconvenience for me. On the 28th of August I deposited my check of $349.40 cashing $100 and putting the rest in my account. It was never put into my account at all and I had to no one to contact because of labor day weekend. I call Tuesday morning and a Johnny answered and said he would look into it. Thats it, no let's see what I can do or sorry, just I will look into it and call you. At this point I have gone nearly a week without money because they lost my check. I had to borrow money from my mother to buy groceries and Johnny doesn't seem to think any of this is a big deal. I had to call another branch just to get something done about it and 27th never contacted me about their mishandling of my money. Never again will I go here. I should be paid the money I had to borrow because of this incompetence.
