Nice and efficient service for ordinary service and transactions. Beyond that, not going the extra mile for you. To be fair, same experience with other local banks. Politeness and courtesy are better  in this branch than other local banks.

The bank use to have ATMS conveniently located.  They have removed like 10 machines and closed several offices.    The ATMs are ways customers can bank in lieu of their lack of banking offices.
On the website, under wire services get Junior out of a jam?  Seriously? Obviously the guy in charge there doesn't have children or comments like that wouldn't be made.  Offensive.
This bank use to be the good community bank.  Now cut cut cut and so many new faces it isn't the same.   Maybe if they cut some of the high salaries and director fees, they would remember how this bank grew to be the pillar of the community it once was.  I AM a shareholder.

My experience here has been uniformly positive, whether I use the drive up window or the inside teller service, I have always been treated professionally and with courtesy.  The bank personnel are invariably cheerful and helpful.

I tried to get a mortgage loan at the bank I have been with for over 15 years.  The manager Robyn isalways out.  When I did get the chance to speak with her she told me how busy she was. She was unprofessional and snotty.   The time I have seen her in the bank she is dressed unprofessionally  and talked to an employee behind the teller line like she was a dog.   Overall the atmosphere of the bank has become impersonal and fee based rather than personal service and being a community bank.  It makes it no different than a big bank.  Very disappointing.

Apparently the so called community bank has turned into not caring about the customer nickle and diming you everyway they can. When I voiced my concerns all I hear is about shareholders expect it. Well I am a shareholder. What made this bank different was personal service and fair fees and fair interest on deposits.  The Manager of this office is cold and aloof. Acting too busy for her customers and shareholders.   This must emulate from management.  Pretty poor when a shareholder feels the need to change banks.  Perhaps the Board needs to wake up.
