I really appreciate the personal service I receive at the White Center Branch of US Bank! John and Justin have helped me to lower my mortgage rate, cancel our daughters credit card when she was out of the country and saw charges she wasn't sure of, and many other issues.

This White Center branch of US Bank is a true representation of failure. The employees that work at that bank are revolting, both in attitude and demeanor.
The start of my terrible experience began early this week. I went to the bank to pay off my monthly home mortgage and cash in a few checks. I walked up to a teller and told her what I wanted to do. She wasn't very pleasant so I didn't expect much. She then told me that there was $5 fee because I didn't have an account with them. I was surprised since I had never been charged this fee, so I asked if it was possible for her to waive the fee this time and I would then open an account later this week. She then practically screamed NO and threw my ID card and cash at me. How dare she have the audacity to throw my things at me. As I was about to leave, the teller said "Have a nice day" is the most awful tone that I had ever heard. She had ruined my day and she expected me to have a good day? Absolutely not. Unfortunately, this was not even the worst part of my experience.
Two days after the incident, I decided to go back to the branch and file a complaint against that rude employee. I asked to talk to someone with authority and they led me to a woman named Paulette (name changed for her sake). I was fooled by her appearance to think that she would be very helpful and kind. I was wrong. She was my worst nightmare. As I retold my experience to Paulette, she was anything but helpful. She looked as if she was belittling me and as if she didn't believe anything I said. After I finished my story, she said that she would defend her employee in this incident. How outrageous. She then started to interogate me and even made it seem like I was the one who had terrible attitude and was throwing things at people. Rather than trying to pacify the issue and to try and settle things, she was arguing with me and raising her voice. In contrast, it seemed as if she was the one who was wronged. In what ways was it helping the situation?! And at the end of our conversation, she even admitted that she was present when my first incident had occurred but had chosen to do nothing to placate the matter. Is that not her job? She in no way helped the problem and I ended up having to call US Bank's customer service line TWICE to complain about this branch.
This branch is beyond terrible. Not only does it have an unpleasant exterior, but it also contains some of the most uneducated employees ever. I honestly hope that someone with authority reads this post and fixes this ongoing issue of terrible customer service. This branch represents failure in all aspects. Do not go to this bank unless you would like to have the worst experience possible.
