Very very unprofessional!  When I called to speak with manger she happened to be the one that answered the phone. When I asked to speak to manager her reply was "That Be Me". Oh my gosh I could not believe how unprofessional that was.     Another time when I had a problem and tried to get it corrected she was very unprofessional, told me there was Nothing she could do to fix this problem.  Yet after much complaining how there bank was in error, I made a call their Springboro Branch and that manager had it fixed in less than an hour.  West Carrollton Branch manager did not try in any way to help. She was very immature.  At one point picked up phone and called the police ( In No Way Did I Ever Come A Cross As Threat In Any Form, I spoke firmly and never yelled)  as the phone was to her ear it started peeping to inform caller that the phone was off the hook. She didn't call but PRETENDED.  So immature I was embarrassed for her. Then she did call the police, which laughed at how her calling on me ( I was such a threat LOL ). All I wanted was my payroll check that I made through the night deposit a WEEK ago. The officer offered me 15.00 to help until this was straighten out.  Can u image?!  Then after she called the police she got up walked into a room and I could here the door lock.  WOW very unprofessional !!!!!!!     After calling the Springboro Branch that manager helped me get my money within 45minutes. She was very helpful and concerned with my situation. She apologized and tried to explain what and why it happened.

I went to 5750 Lindero Cyn Rd. Wlk, Vlg US Bank yesterday to received money from Western Union. The teller informed me that I should call before hand to make sure that they have enough funds to cover the $ that I need. I told her that that wasn't the case because I've been to this location several times and this is the first time that I heard of this. She called the branch mgr to attend to my case.This branch mgr was blatantly disrespecful of their costumer. She didn't introduced herself, and told me to go to another branch w/o giving me the specific address (as if I lived in the area). When I told her that I've been to this branch before, her answer was, "well, I never seen you here before," as if like it would make any difference. I felt like that was really foul and rude coming from a branch manager! She was sarcastic, act like a very unproffesional person. I left, then came back to ask for her name card, and her respond was;" I never given my card to you before" in a sarcastically manner". I called on her on that spot and told her that she was being sarcastic and rude to me, tat her attitude was uncalled for in front of two tellers. I was just suprised, agitated, and dissappointed to encountered such a low-life person. For Janet D. Hartley, you should go back to costumers service orientation and refresh your attitude towards your costumers!!! You act like a very uneducated person to hold a title like a "Vice President Branch Manager".

My name is Harsha and I am from India. I work for Ameriprise Financials and have been here in US from last 10 months. I do not hold any bank accounts in U.S Bank, but I wanted to apply for a credit card by opening a checking account without any monthly direct deposit to it. I went there today along with one of my colleagues who is holding a U.S Bank account and credit card from last 1 year. The way Branch Manager interacted with us was very disappointing. She did not even have the least courtesy to listen to us and we had to come back without any benefit.

I went to this branch to pay my mortgage.  The teller was very polite and professional.  I have no complaints.  I was hesitant to go to this branch because of the negative reviews I read.  However, I have no complaints.  My transaction went quickly and I left.

I have been with the group at USBank, before it was a USBank.  I have to say that I have always been made to feel like a friend when I come in the door.  The branch we use is on Highway 66 in Rogersville, and Ms. Sullivan, the branch manager has helped me in so many ways that I can never thank her enough for her kindness, advice, wisdom and friendship.  Before moving to Tennessee, I banked with AmSouth, and was constantly having to deal with issues with the joint account I held with my then husband, including them allowing him to totally wipe out and close that account when we separated.  I know I'd not have to worry about that with US.   Thanks to the wonderful staff at MY branch, and the staff at the main branch on Main.

I opened all my accounts with us bank in Fred Meyers that is in alderwood mall way. I have altogether 8 accounts with them. I met a teller who's name I think is Brian. Average body short guy. First he opened a credit card under my name without authorization. I lost my credit points. Secondly that's today I asked him that why is there a check deposit fee of 0.50 cents if u do it online and chase bank is offering for free. His answer was well I am not the one who put the fees on it. I was like okay I know that but you guys should attests waive that 0.50 cents. If this guy treats me like that again I might close all my accounts and find some other bank.

Wow, I can't believe people have had problems here. We own a business and also have a personal account...We had been with Bank of America and were really dissatisfied.  The website is a confusing nightmare, there was no drive thru near us, and many other problems.  A friend recommended US Bank to us but we were skeptical so we went instead to Nevada State Bank because we used to bank there.  Hated nevada state bank policies (which they did not disclose to us at the time of opening, so closed the account 2 days after we opened it. We felt that they treated us like "low life". I guess our business wasn't big enough for them. Then my daughter told us that we really should try US Bank because she loved it.  She said that she thought she would never say "I LOVE MY BANK" but she does.  So we are now with US Bank and I have to say the same... I LOVE IT.  It gives us that small town feel.  They treat us as if we were special clients. There is NO CHARGE for cashiers checks (BOA charges $10!)  They actually remember who we are when we come in! Their bill pay and other online features are easy and quick to navigate. And just a silly little extra.. they brew fresh coffee at the entrance and I love to grab a cup on my way out! I'm 60 years old and have been with a few banks over my life and trust me when I say, this is a good one!

I've been reading the other reviews of past experiences at other branches and I only have to type that I can't feel your injustice to their practices because this branch is THE best banking I've experienced in years. Direct Deposit hits on time every time, Staff is always helpful, very knowledgeable. Willing to explaine in detail all the options available to me. Even helped me with a few overdraft fees that I was unaware of. I feel around friends there. It's also in walking distance big help for me. Even after it switched over from Financial Federal only the account numbers changed, same people working there.

I would never bank there again.  Personel or Business they will charge you off if you are late or over drawn for a month. There people are always changing and the treatment is horrible...Don't leave a messages as employees are always changing and it will get lost. Says a lot, when the person who set you account leaved the bank.  Horible feeling when they sent me away with 5,000 cash, 3,600 cashiers check and canceled my accoutns with yrs of deposits. I would suggest going to another bank all together or credit union.

Love this branch of UsBAnk!  They are very helpful and answer ALL my questions.  They always go above and beyond the call of duty! Very personable tellers.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Oooooo.  Well I will say the only reason this branch got ANY stars is because the guy who opened my account was very friendly (right).  My complaints come when I made a special request as a new customer and as a brand new business in town and when I was contacted about my request the teller was incredibly rude and heard things I didn't say, which is not that big of a deal, but he went off and talked about it for soooo long and it wasn't even true, then he wouldn't even let me get a word in to correct him so we could move on to the ACTUAL issue.  When I did finally get a word in, he insisted that I was wrong and kept talking....and talked and talked, I tried several times to get a word in again but to no avail.  This teller/banker basically harassed me in the call making me feel like a number and telling me all the ways that they make money and that my new checking account was not one of them.  I'm brand new and have 60 days to open savings and hes making me feel like Im starving this poor billion dollar company because my new checking account doesn't make them money.  The worst part is when I told a friend about my experience they had the same complaint that they couldnt get a word in and they decided to give up and just let the guy talk, thats exactly what I did too.  Bottom line, I was not necessarily expecting my request to be fulfilled and I DEFINATELY was not expecting to be basically harrassed by a banker about my brand new status with them.  Unfortunately his efforts in making money off of me backfired and I will be seeking another local bank.  Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Avoid this bank

Where should I start? With the long holds placed on almost all checks deposited? (Longer than other banks). Or with the rude tellers? Or the fact that my checking account pays zero (0) interest? Or with the long lines, and the waits that take forever?

Frustrating

So I enrolled in a free student checking account only to have them charge me for various expenses like "paper statement". Now I have had similar problems with bank of america so I made sure that when I went into the mercer island branch that I told the woman opening my new account that I wanted to make sure everything would be free, there would be no surprises. She told me she had it taken care of, that student checking was completely free of fees. But to my surprise I found a bunch when I looked at my statement. Just beware of what they tell you because apparently they tend to misrepresent things.

I love this branch of US Bank. The people who work there are extremely friendly. I have had some family uses and they have been so helpful during this terrible time.
Donna one of the ladies there I can't say enough about her and the friendly customer service. All of the people are great.

Drive-through people couldn't care less about their job and it shows.  I go out of my way to downtown Naperville to use their drive-through and I pass this location on my way home.  Slow, rude, incompetent and just don't care about customer service.  TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.

Do not use this bank. I've checked online, they are not a federal bank, this branch is also not a part of the Better Business Bureau.

I opened an account with them while I was in college, then stopped recieving mail from them. Two years nothing, then all of the sudden I get a letter stating that I owe the bank $50 for paper statements I have not been recieving. When I called the branch to complain, "Deanne" or "Deanna" (Something like that), stated that it was my responsibility to contact them if I had stopped recieving mail, and that if it were her, she would have been responsible enough to go to the bank and investigate. Easy for her to say, she works at a bank. Normal people have day to day lives. I called several lines to try and reach someone using thier 800 number, I was on hold for 10 minutes before the call was conveniently dropped. I tried calling thier head office and got a screeching in the ear that sounded like a modem...not a telephone line.

Again, do not go here, you are better off at Chase, or Bank of America. Horrible customer service, and they aren't a very reputable bank in comparison.

I had bad experiences with the Huntington Beach branch on Garfield, but thier entire operation seems to be pretty non-functioning. Sorely disappointed...

 I'm a general contractor and I just open an account with this bank recently,feel comfortable with the staff here. Tammy is a great banker I've ever deal with, she is so patient and helped me throu when I need some money to pay the for the sub before I collect money from home owner. The manager is nice also. I told my friend about this great people.

This branch is terrible! I usually don't go to this one but I did for
convenience. They messed up how I wanted to cash my check 3 times, I had to go inside to get it corrected. I then figured out they put a hold on my account leaving me in the negative numbers they charged me an over draft fee. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH. The assistant manager was rude when I told her I didn't know how to fill out a slip when I've never been shown or had to. She raised her voice when she heard about it.
