Worst bank ever to charge $25 everyweek on $11overdraft now at 280 lost my job now this# I guess this is what u call customer service!!paying off n closing account n will b sure my family does the same # crooks!#!!!

“So I walked in today (2/26/2014) to open 2 checking accounts- (customer, yay right) nope- This place made me feel like a minority so bad like if I had no money and maybe thought I didn't know what I was doing. 1 lady as a teller- busy, 1 banker busy, 3 other staff members doing nothing., can you believe at NO EYE CONTACT to me or my father!! guys guys.. Im a customer, hello!!! 5 minutes passed, I had to walk to the teller to tell her I need assistance to open 2 accounts., she acknowdge, another 5 minutes I asked- how much longer do you think because I might just need to take my bussiness somewhere else.., apologized but yet it took another 7 minutes... that 17 minutes waiting when there are 3 others doing nothing. So after all that wait., the lady that was busy attended to us. Sat with her about our plan to open an account and long story short- we couldn't because they need a letter from social security when verification was made after calling SS. What a joke! is this how I want my bank to do.? You guys needs some lesson in customer service. Eplain the whole thing, Stakey K- you need to go out and meet customers not just enlarging your maximus gluteus. And for this I am pulling all of my fathers account including refinancing his mortage because I AM SO UNHAPPY WITH HOW YOU TREATED US!!†Less

WORST BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH! Nickel and dime you to death here. Their online account information is tricky so one day you have a certain available balance and a the next day debits from 3 or 4 days ago post. The fees are outrageous, I was even charged a $90 "administration fee" and another for $45!. With their business accounts you are able to use your debit card even if you have no funds and guess what $36 for every single fee- I'm moving my accounts out of this bank over the next few months, they know what a pain it is to leave especially when you have everything on autopay. US Bank has thousands of negative reviews online if you search "us bank reviews" for similar reasons as mine

Just an FYI- I have my business acct elsewhere and it's the same thing with the debit card. Apparently you can only opt out on your personal account. It's not just them. Hope that helps. :-)

The branch is the worst! I have banked here for 13 years and thought it was okay until I needed service. I've had 2 Business accounts at the same time with this bank. When I was depositing large checks, they were extremely nice and would even order me free checks. Then my business banker Kelly moved to another branch and this banks customer service went to CRAP. They started charges me fees left and right for things I never had been charged for in years. So I closed one of my accounts and moved it to California Bank & Trust. When I was about to close my 2nd account I asked the teller Mai Vang, "IF I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT TODAY, CAN I STILL GO HOME AND PRINT OUT MY YEAR STATEMENTS FOR TAX PURPOSES? OR SHOULD I GO DO THAT FIRST, THEN COME BACK AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT? MAI said, "YES YOU CAN CLOSE THE ACCOUNT NOW AND STILL RETRIEVE YOUR STATEMENTS ONLINE!". Well she was wrong and I could not log online anymore after closing the account. I called US BANK's main line and they advised me she was wrong. I then went back to the branch and spoke with MAI VANG herself about it and she said, "SORRY I GAVE YOU THE WRONG INFO" then went to talk to her supervisor . She came back and told me she could print out all the statements I needed now but it would be $12 a page and my total for the year would $54 because they would give me a break since she was wrong. Seriously? When I could have done this for FREE but she advised me to do it this way and they wouldn't even waive the fees. I will never do business again with US BANK and I am having a lot of my friends who do business with them as well, pull their accounts and go to CA Bank & Trust.

many atm fees due to lack of atms. many fees maintance fees monthly numerous fees so far in 2014 I have had over 450 in fees as in hundreds. CRAZY. Otherwise good bank. They give great credit lines. but take the money everytime you deposit money therefore you can not deposit money if you do not want them to take it.

750.00 dollars was stolen out of my account from this branch and when I asked how this could of happened Cheryl one the mangers told me well how it happened was someone walked in with a deposit slip filled out and an Id, that's how it happened. When I asked what was on the ID like did the date of birth match she told me it wasn't their job to check the date of birth and that they were to busy to match the signature on the withdrawal slip with my signature card. I do not trust this branch. And Jason the other manager told me that he would take care of me and figure it out and call me back...I haven't heard a thing and its been four days.

If we make a deposit after 2:00 - even cash - it is not credited until the next day. Yet a check I wrote to a friend was deposited AFTER 2:00 in a DIFFERENT bank. I had an NSF fee before I made the cash deposit at 7:00 the next morning!

Was talked into opening an account against my will then incurred a fee based upon the online banking and call data being down. I incurred over 100 dollars in bank fees and they couldn't do anything for me. US bank is rude and not worth the trouble. Your better off not using them

Isabella has never dropped the ball. I have had multiple banking requests for doumentation on new home purchases, requests for paper work, etc. She is a great representitive for US Bank and one of the main reasons I bank here.

I was one of those who needed to do something with my accounts following the Target data breach of January 2014. In my mind, the solution was to simply assign my existing accounts a new number. That, after all, was the only thing in danger of being known. But the bank decided to totally close both accounts and open new ones.
Nothing has gone right, and I mean nothing. Wrong checks, delays in getting replacement checks, online bill pay "not authorized", you name it, if it could get screwed up, US Bank screwed it up. At this location.

I have been with us bank for over 4 year now and have no issues - especially with the Highland Park location! The staff is super nice and helpful and actually know who I am - it's always a good experience.
Recently I also opened a lot of business accounts and things and, again, the staff was wonderful. They got me exactly what I needed and explained everything so I fully understood my options and made the best choices for my needs.

I just wanted to make sure I gave a recognition to Lauren from the Noland branch in Independence MO. She was extremely helpful and efficient in my needs today . I am very grateful and satisfied. Thank you for the great service!!

The Bank manager here was of little help and made more excuses when our account was hacked. He messed up even getting new cards. The services is always lacking manpower to handle customers. We are switching our account to a bank that actually cares and is willing to communicate to us and help protect our assets.
The bank manager we dealt with was arrogant, and it was like we did something wrong. Not a good bank to be a part of.

These people are sneaks and pretty much low lifes. Smile in your face, stab you in the back. Nothing good to say, shop elsewhere, it may not be better but U.S. bank will disappoint everytime.
