I HAVE BEEN JUST TAKEN BY UNION BANK IN MORAGA AT 1460 MORAGA ROAD... THE PEOPLE ARE JUST SO NICE AND THEY DON'T MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE ANOTHER NUMBER... THE MANAGER HAS BEEN THERE SINCE OPENING WHICH YOU FIND RARE IN TODAY'S MARKET... SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLACE TO BANK AND NO FEES GO TO UNION BANK...

SEQUIM, WA BRANCH, US BANK

We had been banking with Bank of America for close to 20 years, with varying degrees of customer "service".  I have spent many hours trying to correct bank errors.  When I closed a safety deposit box in another city, was told I could open another free one at any branch, and attempted to do so in Sequim (the next day), I was told, after a 40 minute wait, that those were no longer available and that we would also be incurring service charges on our accounts.

We walked across the street to the US Bank branch, were waited on immediately, received a safety deposit box at a very reasonable cost, and have two checking accounts with attached savings accounts at zero cost, plus free checks.  The staff has been excellent to work with, everyone is very courteous and knowledgeable.  When the assistant manager was not sure of an answer to a specific banking question, she called the individual who had the answer (on a Saturday), and was able to address our questions accurately.  Both my husband and I have been very satisfied with the courtesy, respect and excellent service we have received at the Sequim branch.  I highly recommend the Sequim branch of US Bank.

Opened my 1st acct in Queensgate over 25 years, chk'n, lit'l savings accct, then became in charge of a multi million dollar corp deposits in the area, but the bank never felt like it offered much in "Customer Service". Then I start using this little bank in a supermarket & I've never been so impressed! Ms Marie (mngt) lights up the place, tellers are unique young people w/smiles & know you w/in 2-3 visits, don't hit you with offer unless they can truly help your situation. I actually had a loan officer talk me out of a re-fi & instead told me how to acheive the same outcome w/o any refi fee's & the bank made NO $$! This hometown bank shines like no other, honest, friendly, personable & what Banks used to be: Care Takers of our Money & Financial Advise when we needed it !

been with this branch for almost 7 years, they take care of you like an old time small town bank, on first name basis with the tellers. When I've had a problem they always resolved the issue  for me. Only drawback is the new policy from US bank to do away with the free checking. but that is something the staff  at this branch has no control over. Big thumbs up.

US Bank branch at 521 E. Bidwell in Folsom, CA is a small branch, but the people there are very helpful and customer service oriented.  Charles, the Branch Manager, is congenial and always does his best to talk to you and let you know he cares about your business and how well his branch is doing for you.  I've never had any situation with the branch that wasn't taken care of immediately and appropriately.  In many years they have never screwed up my account.  I can recommend this branch of US Bank with no reservations.

I have previously banked with B of A and with WAMU (Chase), which caused some of the worst experiences in my life, BUT I honestly say that I have had nothing but awesome experiences with this bank and staff.  The managers, Adam and Jaime are so friendly and helpful.  A couple of the staff are a bit snooty and not as friendly but for the most part, everyone is caring and easy to talk to. I hardly ever have to wait in line either!  LOVE THIS BANK

I have been a USBank customer for 10 years and I truly enjoy working with this bank.  It is a nationwide bank which made it so much easier when my husband and I moved from Iowa to California.  I banked with Wells Fargo for awhile and they charged a $15 fee just to activate my debit card.  I have never experienced any unnecessary fees from USBank.  The online bill pay is free.  I have never encountered any unfriendly staff at any branch.  The vacaville branch was wonderfully helpful to me when the ATM machine took my deposit but did not credit it to my account.  They called me first thing and got everything straightened out.  They are very friendly and helpful when I go to my safe deposit box.  They are very conveniently located and they service is quick even when crowded.  I would recommend USBank to anyone.

I've been with US Bank for a little more than 2 years now, and I have never encountered the kind of friendly, efficient service that I look forward to every time I bank at this branch. Always smiling, always conversational, and, above all, always professional.  

When I plan a trip to the bank, I purposefully choose this branch over the brick and mortar US Bank just a few blocks down the street.  I haven't been let down yet.

This is a convenient location and a fantastic branch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always remembers our faces. It's so much better to get prompt help in person. The manager Stephanie is very helpful in situations that require more attention.

People can carp all they want about customer service. I have found in 36 years as a CPA, the individuals who carp are the ones with no money and the biggest trouble makers.

The staff at US Bank on Lagae Road consists of the friendliest, most polite customer service people I've ever met. The staff at the 1st and University Branch is a close second.

James Village - wonderful

I've been banking with U S Bank (and another bank that merged with US Bank many years ago) since the 1970's. I've always had excellent service, but then I don't let my account get overdrawn. Overdrafts are not the bank's responsibility - it is the customer's responsibility to maintain their records and balances or pay the fees that are due.
I'm always greeted with hellos when I enter the branch and I believe everyone there even knows my name. So personal and friendly.
All banks are changing fee structures and this is not exclusive to U S Bank. I'm pleased to recommend the James Village branch of U S Bank.

I would like to note that every complaint listed here, is regarding another branch of US Bank, most even in other states. The Us Bank located in Mt. Juliet, TN in the Kroger at Providence is far and away the best bank anywhere. They are a fine group of professionals, who treat customers with respect and will always do everything possible to resolve any issue in a fair and understanding manor. I highly recommend banking here.

I have dealt with this branch for 10 years. Although I live 40 miles from their branch and only see them 8 times a year they call me by name. The tellers are very friendly and are very helpful. I utilize several other banks and have kept these accounts because of this branches employees.Keep up the good work.

Service still better than other banks

I have been a customer for several years and I have to say US Bank has more personalize service than other banks.Most of the tellers are very helpful like Andrew who treats customers with respect. I am a happy customer at this time.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. Were it not for Karta's extreme persistence and diligence in assisting me with my home equity loan, I would still be paying 5.5%, and now, with his help, I'm paying 4.25%. The hardworking staff is to be commended for their outstanding customer service. I will never switch to another bank.
