Self Introduction
Hi my name is Nancy & I have been with U.S. Bank for over 25 years & have never been happier with the service from a bank then the outstanding service from the Harrison Ave Grocery Store Branch. For a small & extremely busy branch they always have time for each & every customer, even if it means keeping the lights on a few extra minutes. It is rare in this day & age of hurry hurry hurry, for these young tellers & the outstanding managers (Ms Marie) to take the time for the small things that mean so much to a customer, oh how other industries could learn from this institution with there old fashion value of true one on one service, but using updated technology to acheive fast service. I am so glad I made the choice 25 years ago when I opened my account downtown, it didn't mean as much to me then, I was one of those "too busy" people then, thank goodness Marie hasn't allowed that pressure to intrude on her policy of "Customer Service First" or we wouldn't have any more banks like this around, well maybe if we went to Mayberry LOL. Thank you for the opportunity to express my delight in your outstanding servie !
