Such a nice and wonderful staff! Went to college out of state, they made it so easy for my parents to put money in my account (they do not bank with US Bank). I was super screwed over by the US Bank Branch where I was. They took care of everything and made all bogus charges disappear. They are pleasant and easy to work with.

My company uses this particular branch for everything we do from regular business deposits to notary services. We have never had any issue, very little wait time every time I walk in the door, Monday at 2pm or Friday at 4:30. Wonderful staff that I've come to know and trust with our funds. LOVE this branch, never had a better experience anywhere else.

I love this bank! I have been banking here for years and would not consider going back anywhere else. The staff is so friendly, they always say hello when you walk in and make you feel appreciated.
I have had a few issues with my accounts in the past but the staff here is always so helpful in resolving it.

I can't say enough about the staff at this location and specifically the branch manager Ryan. He has helped me with all aspects of my banking needs to include starting a business account, my grandparents and children's banking needs. it's so nice to have someone you can trust and has your best interests in mind.

It's always nice being greeted when you walk in and everyone so happy to help you. I have interacted with every staff member there and they always go above and beyond. We've had an account with US Bank for a number of years. Wanted to cash two personal checks written to me from a
cousin who calls me by nickname Jack and wrote name Jack on checks. Was told by USBank branch manager to sign checks as shown when I asked if I should sign john or jack. Then asked for identification. Used driver's license. Was told needed to get okay. Came back and told unable to cash checks. Asked if our regular bank in Illinois could be called. Said not allowed to. Asked if our USBank in Illinois could be called, said not allowed to. Now having to mail checks back to our bank in Illinois as Deposit Only. We maintain a somewhat sizeable amount in the USBank account that thinking seriously to transfer to Wells Fargo Bank. We called our bank in Illinois and they said either Jack or John was acceptable, so no changes to names or checks was needed. Problem with USBank is the change over of managers is so high that customers get lousy impersonal treatment such as with us. What is wrong with allowing your people to phone our bank. Might as well have ATMs and close your so called full service branch locations. After over 5 years of doing business with USBank, I expected better treatment.

I transferred to US Bank from a bank I had been with for 6 years. The tellers here are the most friendly, helpful people. The bank manager and assistant manager are so helpful and knowledgeable. I opened my new business account last Spring and the bank staff has always been so supportive and friendly with my new business venture. They even allowed me to display my soy candles near the entrance for a month to kick off my business. The tellers often ask me about my products and have mentioned cute towns and shops nearby where I could sell my candles (I'm a new Wisconsin resident). I feel like they care about their customers and always have smiles on their faces when they assist you. I've never experienced this type of service through a bank. I'm so happy to be a newer resident of Sun Prairie with such a great hometown feel at US bank, Sun Prairie.-Owner/Manager of Wicksy Daisy Candle Co, LLC

I see some people have given bad reviews on the service, well I can tell you 1st hand that I've witnessed customers come in with a bad attitude and treat the employees very rudely. No one deserves to be treated that way just because you had a bad day! Check your attitude at the door! Just so we're clear, I am not an employee, merely a customer at this location for over 4 years. I work in retail and hate seeing people get treated poorly because someone had a bad day!!

I have been doing business with the competition for many years, several different banks. I have never encountered a bank that is more dedicated to its customers than US Bank. After opening a checking account, the branch manager, Kris, actually took me around and introduced me the various staff members. I was advised of all the many different programs and benefits US Bank has to offer. I'm truly sorry I didn't discover US Bank sooner.

I have been doing business with the competition for many years, several different banks. I have never encountered a bank that is more dedicated to its customers than US Bank. After opening a checking account, the branch manager, Kris, actually took me around and introduced me the various staff members. I was advised of all the many different programs and benefits US Bank has to offer. I'm truly sorry I didn't discover US Bank sooner.

I have managed my parent's bank accounts for the past 6 years and the main branch of US Bank in Council Bluffs is an efficiently operated, friendly and helpful place to bank! I would recommend them to anyone and have appreciated their kind and helpful service all of these years!

I have been with US Bank for a few years now and have gone to several branches. This branch in particular is AMAZING. Everyone goes above and beyond for customer needs. I received follow up emails/phone calls to make sure my various transactions went smoothly. This branch is definitely a "hidden gem" and I'm glad I found it. Their customer service is outstanding and everyone is always extremely friendly. Although rates etc. are not ideal compared to my other bank, I tend to go here more often simply for the customer service.
