I opened my new business account last Spring and the bank staff has always been so supportive and friendly with my new business venture. They even allowed me to display my soy candles near the entrance for a month to kick off my business. The tellers often ask me about my products and have mentioned cute towns and shops nearby where I could sell my candles (I'm a new Wisconsin resident). I feel like they care about their customers and always have smiles on their faces when they assist you. I've never experienced this type of service through a bank. I'm so happy to be a newer resident of Sun Prairie with such a great hometown feel at US bank, Sun Prairie.-Owner/Manager of Wicksy Daisy Candle Co, LLC

Left my long time bank o open accounts here. Great service and great people. Refinanced a home loan, got a new home loan, and did a refi on it. All great experiences with the branch. The people remember you, treat you respectfully, and are efficient.

Great customer service!! Very helpful with anything I need. I see some people have given bad reviews on the service, well I can tell you 1st hand that I've witnessed customers come in with a bad attitude and treat the employees very rudely. No one deserves to be treated that way just because you had a bad day! Check your attitude at the door! Just so we're clear, I am not an employee, merely a customer at this location for over 4 years. I work in retail and hate seeing people get treated poorly because someone had a bad day!!

I have been doing business with the competition for many years, several different banks. I have never encountered a bank that is more dedicated to its customers than US Bank. After opening a checking account, the branch manager, Kris, actually took me around and introduced me the various staff members. I was advised of all the many different programs and benefits US Bank has to offer. I'm truly sorry I didn't discover US Bank sooner.

I have been with US Bank for a few years now and have gone to several branches. This branch in particular is AMAZING. Everyone goes above and beyond for customer needs. I received follow up emails/phone calls to make sure my various transactions went smoothly. This branch is definitely a "hidden gem" and I'm glad I found it. Their customer service is outstanding and everyone is always extremely friendly. Mehrnaz Sadr has always been consistently above courteous, professional and efficient in meeting my banking needs. This includes being knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions and painlessly process my transactions. I do appreciate the pleasant atmosphere she provides when i come in. Although, I find it a little odd that I'd find such a one in an albertsons branch in san clemente to be honest, but that's just my opinion. Anyways my time is valuable to me but if i didnt think this was worth mentioning i wouldnt do it. If you had more people like her I'd imagine you'd have more business. Thank you.

I've been banking at US Bank in Yucaipa for about 5 years now. Since April 2015, I have had my business account with them as well. Stephanie, Kyle, and the entire staff have been more than helpful with all my bank services. This is the best bank I've had in 35 years. I've had my fill of of CitiBank, Chase (when it was WaMu), and of course....BofA. It really doesn't matter what bank you use, it's all about the people in the bank. US BANK hit a homerun with it's staff at the Yucaipa branch. Good luck to Kyle in his new branch.

Not all banks have the staff that makes you remember them, and in turn, remembers your name. That IS the case with this location and those that staff it. The downside is that you're butted up against the Starbucks line, and so it gets a little crowded sometime, but they are great and I'm so glad they are open as frequently as they are. Very flexible. Great job, keep it up.

I have been banking with this branch for 9 years. Everyone here is always friendly and greets me by my name. Even the new employees.
I never have any problems cashing checks and their is never a long wait. Everyone at this branch is wonderful. I can't believe anyone would ever think differently. Thank you US bank employees for always a pleasant banking experience!!

I have a comment about a bank manager, Mike Stonebrener (SP?). I came to the 12th Street Hood River branch because I am traveling to Europe and the day before, 6/6/16, I came in to get a loaded Visa card, hoping I could use it to buy tickets online, since I was blocked from using my US Bank debit card several times. I called the US Bank service line and was told I couldn't use a debit card for this purpose.
I bought the Visa card after telling the tellers why, and got home to find out it can't be used overseas. I came back 6/7/16 to talk to Mike about both situations. He called and got US Bank to allow me to use my debit once over a period of two days. I told him I was disappointed and hadn't ever had to do this to purchase online overseas tickets and hotels in 20 years of travel and said I knew it wasn't' his policy, but I disagreed. He proceeded to interrupt and argue with me, telling me I was wrong. I then told him I couldn't use the card I had put $500 on, he called and found out I would have to pay $15 to get my money back. I refused to pay this and decided to keep it- but was not happy, since I prefer the money in my account. He didn't apologize for the tellers' mistakes, and was disrespectful the complete transaction. He argued with me and did't acknowledge the fact that I had a right to state my concerns or that I now have a card I don't want.
I have no idea why he would treat a customer this way.My sister and her husband are from Hood River- orchardists, I am a teacher, we are part of the community and deserve respect; everyone does.
