Hello, I just wanted to let you know that you have an employee at the US Bank at 47th & Shawnee Mission Parkway, in Merriam Ks. that is just an exceptional employee. Her name is Darrien. She was so pleasant when I went through the drive through. A few days later I got a thank you note from her thanking me for being so sweat and telling me she enjoyed talking with me. What a novelty in this day and age. Please give her a "that-a-girl". She deserves the recognition for going above and beyond in customer service. I have banked at US Bank for over 40 years and have never received a thoughtful note like this. Darrien is a keeper!
