This bank's dusfunctional customer service program is just above that of cable, phone and whoever else is low on the list. Nice people but terible processes. It should never take three in person visits, four voice mails and five+ phone calls to simply get checks and a pin#, should it?...and they're still not received! Plus, the bank's contact number isn't even on their web-site. Uffdaaa!
