Avoid this Branch at all cost - unessesary hold put on a deposit - I ask branch managers' 'assistant' to look at previous deposits to show there is no reason for a hold and he replied "well that would take a lot of work"
what a joke. Asked to speak to the manager and received no response. Im closing my account.

Very poor customer service.

The staff here were rude to me from the moment I opened my account. I should have taken my business elsewhere, but didn't want the inconvenience. After I moved and opened a new account, I paid off my balances owed and left the account at $0. With NO NOTIFICATION, I was assessed monthly fees of $6.95 on my FREE checking account. They began withdrawing money from my reserve line account. Three months later, I finally received notification of the matter. An hour at my new branch and a phone call to Dinkytown later, they were unwilling to waive the fees, not to mention my credit score will probably be affected. U.S. Bank, U.S.uck!

I pay my 4 mortgages every month in person, at this branch. Last month I got a late notice from one of the accounts. I thought that was strange since I had paid it. Come to find out the teller had credited one account twice and that left one unpaid. Well, everyone makes mistakes, right? So I was easy on them and just went back and showed them all my receipts etc. and the lady supposedly fixed it. I told her that I wanted it in writing that it was all reversed and fixed and that my late fee was credited. Just found out that they dinged my husbands credit with a past 30 day late. I'm so furious!

So, yesterday we went to safeway branch to use western union service there. The guy was very bad to me, he couldn't find my country (Kyrgyzstan) he was saying something that I could't understand (he was saying Kyrghyz Republic which is incorrect) when I told him that it suppose to be KYRGYZSTAN not KYRGHYZ REPUBLIC he started laughing and said that I don't know how to wrote name of my country. Also he was sneezing. I will never use this branch anymore, because of this guy and probably any of US bank branches.

Terrible customer service from Skip Schreffler!!! Have been with US Bank almost 7 years with 4 business accounts. Bring them business for at least couple millions dollars. Never had so poor experience with customer service!!! Will switch to a different bank.

I have been a customer for many years. My mother passed and I received a large inheritance. I was told the hold normally 7 days HOWEVER if the issueing bank would VERIFY the check had cleared they would release the hold. Keep in mind I have a large Escrow hinging on these funds. The issueing bank VERIFIED the check had cleared on Wednesday they did not release the hold. Thursday morning I received an email from bank manager that her operations manager wanted physical proof. So by 1014am Thursdsy morning I provided that proof. Here it is almost 24 hours later I met ALL CONDITIONS and I still have no access to MY MONEY This is wrong and when I do get my $500,000 I will put it in another bank!!

I have been a US Bank customer for years and I usually go to other branches but occasionally use this one on 200th St. I will never go there again. The staff there are totally unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Wait times are enormous even when they are not busy. Rude and incompetent. Deposited my check on a friday and was not even available in my account until the following Wednesday!!

Worse customer service hard to imagine! These guys started charging us fees for the account which didn't had or wasn't supposed to have any fees....as a result we've accumulated negative balance and the fun part is they closed the account and chagred us $30 on top of another $120 which they've already charged by changing our account to a diffrent type...load of crap! NEVER USE THESE THIEVES and Save you hard earned money!!

WOW I cannot tell you how bad the service at this branch is. We have 2 accounts for my father set up with them. Since he is 88 years old, my sister and I are taking over his finances. He did not request a Debit card when he initially opened the account - it turns out you cannot do online banking without one. Two have been ordered so far -on his first account neither has been received. We have been working on this for close to 2 months now. We opened a 2nd account 2 weeks ago to handle my dads rental income and expenses - I specifically told the guy Bobby that I wanted Online banking from this account - he initially told me that I would not need a debit card - that he only needed to check a "box" on the screen that would allow it. Four days later I tried to go online to set up some of the payees and could not get in without calling an 800 number to get a pin. The 800 number said I needed a Debit Card and again transferred me to Bobby. Bobby ordered a card roughly 10 days ago - I still have no card. He failed to give me the starter checks which I told him the following Monday not to worry about it - that I didnt have an immediate need and could probably wait and do it online or my checks should arrive in the mail before I needed to do anything. It has been 13 days - no checks - no Debit card. THEN I tried today to transfer money from the account I am on into the other account in my dad's name (we had to write a check for many thousands of dollars to a Nursing home when my dad was checked in there on Wednesday) - Couldnt do it - Now for a laugh - First I called the branch and talked to Bobby - who said I had to call the 800 number to transfer money. I called th 800 number and after 10 minutes they said they couldnt do it and WHY DIDNT I HAVE ONLINE BANKING????? I asked for the branch manager's name - funny thing I have been in that bank several times both on Saturday Morning and on Tuesday Morning and have never seen a Branch Manager. There is one RUDE woman - likely Linda(who treated my like a crook in person WITH my ORIGINAL DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY FORM IN FRONT OF HER in the office). She also treated my SISTER (owner on the other account) like a crook on the phone the day before. I am frustrated with BOA due to the closure of so many locations BUT I have NEVER had any problems like this with them - we were only trying to keep dad's bank close to his house - WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!! We will be moving both of these accounts. With the next dozen or so RECENT comments showing my problems are not isolated - I CERTAINLY hope that SOMEONE is watching - otherwise USBANK will NOT be in existence very long. They can kiss my family's money GOODBYE!

Foxworthy Branch - Horrible Customer Service

I went to deposit a check on a Friday afternoon. The ATM was being serviced so I went inside the branch. There was one customer already being helped.
Two other Tellers were behind the counter ignoring me. When I stepped up to the counter, they continued to ignore me. Finally, one of them asked me if I was making a straight deposit. I answered YES. She said someone would help as soon as possible.
The two Tellers then went to a desk and started chatting.
I was so irritated by the lack of customer service that I left the branch.
The Bascom Avenue location has much better customer service, but unfortunately they are not close to my home.

Been a member of UsBank for ~12 years, moved to Omaha a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with UsBank since moving. They have hit us with a monthly maintenance fee (on a Student Account) and have been slow to refund them. It has taken 4 trips into UsBank to stop this. On my last trip the personal bankers were unbelievably rude and slightly hostile to me. I was not allowed to finish asking my question begofe they started interupting me and telling me that they did not have to allow me to finish speaking. Very Very Strange behavior for bankers. Anyway their customer service seems to be lacking since the phone call from a .... Deb was highly unhelpful. She would state that the bankers gave her a different story about the incident so there was nothing they could do. I am VERY VERY Unsatisified and WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW BANK THAT ACTUALLY LISTENS TO AND CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please review any possible security footage, may not get sound but you should be able to see what was going on, and I would be HAPPY to review it with you. I would like an answer as to why I was treated like "dirt" as well as an assurance that it would not happen again.
The person whom called me refused to give me her name beyond, "You have my name" to which I replied that I did NOT have her name, but would like it so I could document whom I have spoken to. She stated that she was scared of me (I am not sure why, other than the fact that I am asking for answers) and finally admitted that her name was Deb but that was all she would give me because, " Frankly, You scare me." (direct quote)
I than appologized to her for however I possibly scared her (again other than my insistance for an answer/ assurance that I would be not treated like I was in past) and tried to explain that there no reason to be afraid of me, but she terminated the phone call.
I am soo disappointed with USBank that now after ~12 years of using this bank, I will most likely be looking for a different bank, because a bank should not walk all over it's customers.

I moved my lock box because the only hours the lobby is open are the hours I work. This branch denied my daughter a loan for her first vehicle. I offered to co-sign and they still refused. I have a credit rating of 820. Arvest made her the loan. I am in the process of moving all my accounts to Arves.

For nearly twenty years I banked with First State Bank, which became First Community Bank. Then US Bank took over. Personal service: gone. The ability to call on the phone and talk with someone who knows me: gone. Reasonable pricing structure: gone. It was as if US Bank did its best to figure out ways to charge me extra every time I turned around.
As for me: gone. I transferred everything to NM Educators Federal Credit Union. Changing banks is a huge nuisance, but I am so glad I did. Vote with your feet, folks.

I am a young adult who hasn't been in the working world for very long. I am 20, have had a debit card for two years now but have only regularly used the card for about six months.
I got a charge from my savings titled, "withdrawal charge," with no details. I called the bank and a rude teller told me I would have to wait 3 days until a manager was in, she would leave a note for them. I called three days later and the manager was out sick. So i talked to another and she said she would review my account and call me back within the hour, which she didn't. I asked about the charges and it was $15 per transaction after six transactions from your savings, if you use an ATM or mobile device/app. I had no idea this existed. Nowhere online does it say anything about this federal fee on their website, and especially not on the mobile website. The total charge to my account for the month was $165. I thought mobile banking was free, and since it is powered completely by the internet and the bank itself isnt actually doing any work, I had no idea I was limited. She refunded me $40 only. I was never notified via email or otherwise that I have exceeded six transactions. I called two other banks and they charge $1 per transaction, the other said they simply didnt charge but also did not allow you to transfer money again for that statement unless it was in person.
In the end this fee is my fault, I was unaware. But I was never notified, and I still think $15 is a ridiculous charge and they are complete greedy money grubbers. I will be closing my account as soon as possible and support a LOCAL bank. Not a big bank.
