I have both business and personal checking accounts at US bank. As a good customer, I would expect reasonable service which I had with the previous branch manager, Shashi. I hadnt yet met the new branch manager until I had an issue with my business account and could not get the branch manager to return my phone calls. I left work early to go to the bank in person and the teller asked me if I could wait to speak with me. After an hour of waiting, the teller came out and said that he was busy with a phone call and he would call me. I insisted I would wait but they said he would not have time to meet with me to discuss my business banking issues. It felt very intentional, he never called after i wasted my time.

I usually don't do this kind of thing, but I think it is important to know that US Bank as an entity is bad, but the service at this bank reinforced it 100% I stood at their "desk" where you wait to speak with a banker. No one helped, but there was one teller not helping a customer, an employee that walked right past me, and another two "bankers"/employees who were talking to each other at a desk. I was in plain sight of all of these employees!
I had to approach the teller who wasn't helping a customer that I needed to speak to a banker. I then was directed to their "lobby" to sit while I waited for a banker to help me. Keep in mind I was seated 20 feet from the two employees talking to each other at one of their desks, again I was in plain sight of all of these employees. When the two talking at the desk were finally done talking with each other (5 minutes later) I was approached by one of them. Super disrespecful!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! I went in to this location and was put with the personal banker Rebecca Bishop, she didn't even greet me, had an open beer bottle on her desk and messed up a huge lump sum of money of mine! She had no idea what she was even doing (I am assuming because of her lack of professionalism with an open beer bottle at her desk)and still proceeded to attempt the task at hand. She didn't listen to thing I told her that I wanted to do and ended up screwing up my entire bank account and changed my credit cards without my permission. I called the Customer Service line when I had realized a huge lump sum of money that was no longer there and an increased credit limit that wasn't approved be me, I told them the process she went through with me and they told me what she had done was COMPLETELY WRONG and that I needed to start the whole process over, as a professional who works full time, I do not have time to make it during regular business for like them, I am working. So I called the brand manager, he was completely rude to me on the phone, said he had no idea how to fix her mistake and that he didn't know the proper process as well, and he denied she was drinking on the job when I confronted him about that because it lacked professionalism. He tried making excuses up for this lazy, incompetent worker and in the end, nothing was resolved...If you want a huge headache and your money lost, by all means stop at this AWFUL BRANCH!

i have been having issues with this bank ever since i opened an account with them,i opted in which means that if u are in a emergency and need to write a check they will cover it ,WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU IS THAT ITS UP TO THE BANK TO DECIDE IF THEY WANNA COVER THE CHECK ,I HAD TO WRITE A CHECK FOR THIS REASON AND THE BANK DECLINED TO PAY IT NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT 3 TIMES THEY DECIDED INSTEAD OF PAYING IN AND BILLING ME OVERDRAFT ONCE THAT THEY WOULD DECLINE IT ALL 3 TIMES SO THAT THEY COULD CHARGE ME A 35 $ OVERDRAFT FEE EVERY TIME THAT THE CHECK TRIED TO CLEAR SO THEY COULD RIP ME OFF FOR MORE MONEY. Horrible customer service. Promises they never deliver. They hold your big checks for too long before releasing funds. Especially the Sacramento Greenhaven branch. Even the manager promised to call me back regarding my account and he never did. Im changing banks for sure. Never had these issues with any other banks.

I think the tellers are a bunch of snooty @ssholes especially that short chubby one named april. I guess the tellers are very self entertaining, seem to enjoy treating customers like crap as if these tellers were perfect in their ways. They like pretending they are much better than you and I but they are nothing more than grocery store bank tellers- grant it, not exactly one's life goal or dream but they should, none the less, remain courteous and professional under their miserable circumstances. They are living the life they deserve and I will bank somewhere I don't have to put up with little demoralizing headgames..

In reading other comments about this US Bank located in Fallbrook, CA.,in the Albertsons market, I'm not supprised at the way I was treated. The tellers, Sabrine Mora and Ashley Mata think they know whats best for their customer althought there total real life experences can't be more than a few years between them. My experience with these two cost me a possible profit of over 10,000 because they thought that I, at 66 years of age, was incapable of knowing what I was doing when attempting to send 2300.00 to a friend of 45 years for a down payment to hold a motorcycle I was trying to buy and resale. Did I get any help from this bank? NO

The Puyallup US bank on Canyon road has horrible service. The co-manager Melinda is very disrespectful. She has very poor customer service skills. I have called about 5 times to resolve a issue and was told Meloney would call back. Well she never called me back. I could have had this issued resolved if I would have got a call back. Now I owe a ton of money to them....

What is going on with US Bank??? Just found out today that they have hired a company Phillips & Cohen (a known debt collection company) to "service my account." In view of my history of on-time payments, I was curious to find out why? My US Bank manager had no answer. You are a great customer and we value your business. Makes me wonder if this is a tactic to get good customers to pay off loans to inject needed cash into this business. Poor communcations at the very least since the bank manager didn't have a clue as to why this was happening.

US BANK Newberg, Oregon Branch messed up my 1k USD wire transfer. Manager Mr. Ryan Bridges not very helpful. Incompetent and or dyslexic workers. Their mistake is costing me approx. $180 to $200 loss of profits A DAY in my business. After these clowns fix it I will be taking my business checking needs elsewhere.

Martha McGuire a 94 year old WW11 war vet and nurse who lives on Hood street in Sandy was recently told her account was overdrawn. On investigation she was told someone who she had been helping stole some checks and, through forgery, cashed those checks in the amount total of $600.00. U.S. Bank allowed those checks to be cashed fraudulently without even calling Martha. The person was found and charged. He was already in jail for another offense. Martha was eventually sent a letter by the investigative end of U.S. Bank. They stated it was Marthas fault! Martha did not establish any of the policies that allowed the forger to cash her checks. U.S. Bank has treated Martha, a very long time customer of the Bank, with dishonor and disrespect. U.S. Bank and its branch in Sandy should be ashamed of themselves and rectify this abomination immediately.

HORRIBLE! Have been dealing with this since April and still not completed. It's one thing after another trying to get this completed, the information has been provided and yet they keep asking for one-offs. It has impacted our vacation, and the buyers ability to start the process of building. HIGHLY recommended to NOT use them, another bank has been talked to and can have this done in 1 week!!!
Add onto that the fact that my ATM card will not allow for deposit at other banks machines. As well my PIN number was considered invalid after I entered it correctly 4 times in a row (even though when I called into customer service I had to validate my call with PIN) I had to wait 24hrs for the card to unlock itself. I could still swipe the card, but not withdraw cash (which was great for our town's celebration days as they only take CASH at the vendors)!!

It's one thing after another trying to get this completed, the information has been provided and yet they keep asking for one-offs. It has impacted our vacation, and the buyers ability to start the process of building. HIGHLY recommended to NOT use them, another bank has been talked to and can have this done in 1 week!!!
Add onto that the fact that my ATM card will not allow for deposit at other banks machines. As well my PIN number was considered invalid after I entered it correctly 4 times in a row (even though when I called into customer service I had to validate my call with PIN) I had to wait 24hrs for the card to unlock itself. I could still swipe the card, but not withdraw cash (which was great for our town's celebration days as they only take CASH at the vendors)!!

I would LOVE to leave this bank and all the incompetents who work there.

I have had so many problems with this bank. Especially with them rearranging the times charges come through to add additional fees. At one point I left my US Bank account sitting at exact $0 and despite having free checking I was charged a $1 fee randomly and then a $35 overdraft charge on the $1 overdraft that they caused. And this is certainly not the only time such a thing has happened. Certain methods of covering overdrafts within the 24 hour grace period are considered not to "count" and are charged fees anyway. Overall the charges on this account have been awful. The service is mediocre at best, there are a couple of good tellers, but the bank managers treat people like children. They are condescending, if you don't have tens of thousands of dollars in their bank they act like you don't matter.

The reason for the overdraft fees is at their hands , they hold your money for four days after deposit weather cash or check , then show your balance as insufficient for any withdrawal s that are made after your deposit. No your right worthless bank stealing from the ones that struggle to survive.

Once again, utterly disappointed with the personnel at US Bank. I have lucked out and gotten some good tellers, (this is really opposite of how it should be, the good should outweigh the bad) but 8 times out of 10, from tellers to bankers to bank managers....especially bank managers, I have gotten horrible service. They are condescending know it alls. You're a banker. Not a scientist. Treat people with respect. That's the path you chose. You chose to deal with people, and contrary to what you've apparently been told, you are NO BETTER than your customers. I am moving all my business and my family's back to Wells Fargo. I am letting all my fellow classmates, family members, friends, business partners, etc. know how I've been treated. I'm a single mom, going to school full time at Metro and working two part time jobs. Right now my accounts may not be worth anything to you, but they will be, and so will the ones of the people I'm close to. (The people at the 800 Customer Service Number are wonderful).

Yes Mr. Banker, I understand that my debit card is tied to my checking account, I knew that 15 years ago when I got my first debit card. The girls at the front counter were amazing as usual, but if you need to sit down with a banker, you might want to go somewhere else. The banker I spoke with was so condescending, it was unbelievable. I have never been treated that poorly in a place of business, and it ends up being the people that I let hang on to my money. I also have my mortgage thru us bank, you think they might actually care. I'm seriously considering pulling my $$$ out and going elsewhere.

I called customer service to verify Saturday hours for the branch in Schnucks on Watson Rd--supposed to close at 4pm. I got there at 3 minutes till, 3.57. They shut off the lights, and when I asked if it was really too late to the girl at the counter, she said, "Oh, ya, we were slow so we are logged off, but we are open tomorrow or you can use the ATM." (I couldn't use the ATM because I didn't have my card with me.) 3.57pm is not 4pm!!

Just wasted 12 days on a bunk loan. Dealt with the most inexperienced, unprofessional, and rude bank employees and underwriters. Take some great advice, look other than US Bank for banking and loan services. US Bank - you need to train your employees and learn some professionalism. You have seen the last of my business.

Hey, I'm just a guy who wanted to buy a boat. Got approved in less than 60 seconds. Then the Run-around began! After a week of jumping through rediculas hoop after hoop after hoop, I finally got an approval & drove 75 miles to the office to sign, just to find their minds changed again!!! Deal OFF!!! Then an the asst. Mgr. had one of her tellers lie to me by saying she was out of the office... Sure looked suprised when I showed up 60 sec later. So I sicked my friend Wendy on'em.... They stink! Do not give this corperation any business !!! EVER!!! USBank, you STINK!
