If we make a deposit after 2:00 - even cash - it is not credited until the next day. Yet a check I wrote to a friend was deposited AFTER 2:00 in a DIFFERENT bank. I had an NSF fee before I made the cash deposit at 7:00 the next morning!

Was talked into opening an account against my will then incurred a fee based upon the online banking and call data being down.  I incurred over 100 dollars in bank fees and they couldn't do anything for me.  US bank is rude and not worth the trouble.  Your better off not using them

US Bank in Driggs is the epitome of bad service. Their fees are outrageous and they continually create new fees on a daily basis. They even charge me to deposit cash now. Time to move.

Made a deposit for $1,000 in cash, later that day checked to see my balance and there was no money in the account.  I went back and for some reason they had zero record of the deposit, no paper trail that i ever deposited any amount of money.  The only thing that saved me was my receipt if i had thrown that away i would have lost $1,000.  They acted as if this was no big deal, they didn't look into any investigation of the matter.

The Bank manager here was of little help and made more excuses when our account was hacked.  He messed up even getting new cards.  The services is always lacking manpower to handle customers.  We are switching our account to a bank that actually cares and is willing to communicate to us and help protect our assets.

The bank manager we dealt with was arrogant, and it was like we did something wrong.  Not a good bank to be a part of.

These people are  sneaks and pretty much low lifes.  Smile in your face, stab you in the back.  Nothing good to say, shop  elsewhere, it may not be better but U.S. bank will disappoint everytime.

ATM Frustration

I cannot express how frustrated I am with the amount of times their ATM has been out of service.  Most recently it took my card without any reason, and it was after bank hours so not only could I not get my card back so I could not deposit the funds that I needed.  This is not the first time this has happened and I'm sure this won't be the last, I'm not sure if this is a problem with my particular branch or all of the US Bank ATM machines, but regardless I cannot do my banking properly without a working ATM machine.  I work hours that are after bank hours and when I can't use the ATM to get cash on weekends or deposit a check after hours the bank is useless to me.  I will be working on switching banks ASAP and I do not recommend anyone going to this bank to do their business. You will be disappointed!

ATM Frustration

I deposited money into their ATM and it took my money and when I reported it to their office I was made to feel like I was the thief, that some how I was trying to cheat them.  Their employees gave me the runaround and blamed everyone else as a reason for why their machine took my cash including that my money was floating around in the air.  In my opinion, they are a bunch of thieves.

I went on to cash a financial aid check here for the first time, because my school switched over to this bank. Well the lady gave me my money and cpunted it oit in a very odd way putting it in piles. She lost me with whay she was doing. So then she started offering me an account. I said no, she took my info to put me in the system. She gave me my money, i put it in my wallet. Took my wallet and stuffed it into a little compartment in mu trunk. Whrn i got home i counted the money anf i was a hundred dollars short!! Went back to the bank to try to solve this and they refused to fix it. They were rude enough to tell me it was mu fault for not maling sure theu counted the money correctly. Worst service ever. Do not go there.  Save your money and trouble.

The worst bank even. Employees are not knowledgeable and don't even know their products. I had question about line of credit and their manager told me absolutely wrong information without even checking it first.

Highly unprofessional, incompetent and inefficient service levels for a bank.

Employee ' ASHLEY ' pretends she's the U.S. BANK manager, it took her not once, not twice, but THREE times to get a simple bank transaction i.e., BANK CERTIFIED CHECK correct.

I handed U.S. BANK teller named  ' Ashley ' my Business & Professional License RENEWAL  documents right in front of her face, with my correct name, address, business license number, not only did she MISSPELL my name, got the business license number etc., wrong ' ERIC ' then manager of this U.S. BANK branch location had to destroy all 3 BANK CERTIFIED CHECKS and redo such a simple banking transaction.

' Ashley '  etiquette, demeanor is slovenly, wreckless to say the least. Very poor management at this location. You would think this was a Bank teller school such a disgrace.

The banker with blonde curly hair

My fiance and I often go into the branch on Cole and Fairivew, as it is closest to our house. The lady that sits at the desk at the very front of the room (closest to the tellers) with blonde curly hair and glasses is very rude and snappy. As our credit has grown, we came in to apply for a  few credit cards with her. As she was reviewing our options, she seemed to be in a rush and did not explain the choices for the credit cards thoroughly. When I asked questions about the card, she seemed very irritated and impatient. She gave us the handout and left us to read it ourselves without taking the time to explain it with us. I felt like a burden and wanted to leave as soon as possible.   
  We walked in hoping to apply for credit cards but instead, we left feeling unwelcome and unsatisfied. We ended up going to another branch on Franklin and Emerald and applied for credit cards with someone who was much more patient and helpful. We were extremely upset by this woman's attitude and will NOT be stepping a foot in that branch again. We have never been dissatisfied with U.S Bank's customer service until we experienced such a rude and an unwelcome experience with her

I've had my account for 19 years and been with us bank for 12 years so Just wanted to say thank you to us bank for closing my accounts just because I didn't push cancel on the atm depoit not thinking anything about it I put  the empty envolpe in the atm and they called irregular activty so then I went to the bank to talk with them and they said they can't do anything thing for me. What a bunch of  b.s. well I geuss that's why they tick off 90% of there customers and there pretty much the worst bank out there.

Not sure what ya did, but if you put an empty envelope in the ATM instead of hitting "cancel" I'm wondering why/how a bank (regardless of which one) would've "closed" your accounts because of a mistake you did and was clearly no harm to the bank itself (unless you marched in with a mask asking for the empty envelop back that you just deposited)? I've worked at a bank for 7 years,...no bank would do something like that based on what you've said so there must be another reason they "closed" your accounts. Banks are very cut and dry with how they work. You're either a good customer or a "risk" to them...banks (yes, even US Bank) will not close accounts based on the weird events you've explained above. That just does not happen...there had to be another reason.

Talk about complete idiots.  I now understand why there aren't so many US Bank around.  No one at the branch knows what they are doing and never mind calling the 800 number they are even worse.  This is not a bank you want to have money in.

I receive child support on a US Bank visa debit.  I used the very same atm to take out $40 and then $20.  The fee to take out $20 was an additional $2 per transaction.  The ATM did not inform me it would cost an additional $2 plus the $3 charged for the $20.  I THOUGHT THE LAW REQUIRED THEM TO POST THE FEE WHEN WITH DRAWING THE MONEY.  When I called to complain the clerk could not explain why....NO HELP at all.  If you need cash and not near the US BANK ATM better take $40.

The Branch That Finally Got Me to Leave US Bank

I've let US Bank abuse my good nature for over 10yrs and had the final straw Monday when they told me it would take 10 days to accept a cashier's check from my parents' bank, even though US Bank could have verified the funds immediately (they also suggested the check could be fake!). After a mistake by the teller, her supervisor had the gall to tell me I'd get faster service if I was a wealthier client. After leaving upset, I discovered the bank put my entire account on hold rather than just the funds of the cashier's check; I had to find this out at the grocery store check-out, where they said my card was declined despite plenty of money in my account. US Bank's 800# told me there's nothing they can do, so I must miss work to go back in person & have them fix this mess.  Wish I could say this is my 1st bad experience with this customer-hostile bank, but it's not. Moving to a credit union as soon as possible and never looking back.  No one deserves such bad treatment: you can leave them!

A 600 dollar counter deposit! US bank lost the money and the deposit slip! Blaming the computer for errors without actually looking at video tape to see the physical deposit.

I still drive to a US bank far from this one and this is the closest one. I came in with my daughter to open an account for my daughter. They do not have a number system. You need to sit down in the lobby to wait for someone to come and get you. Almost 40 min sitting there are no one comes to say they will be with you in a moment. I went to a desk an the lady said she only does investments that I have to wait for the one lady in the whole bank to take care of me. When that lady finished she went behind the counter to help the other 2 tellers. When I asked the previous lady she had and attitude and told me "Well she was behind the counter from the beginning." What rudeness toward a customer. Do not say that there is customer service on Saturdays and you are not willing to do your job. You are sitting at the entrance of the bank and the customer service people are at the end of the building and whoever has to check does not even get up and walk towards you. I am done with this branch.  People are more professional and friendlier at the Tricounty  branch on 747. They are the reason why I still have an account with this bank
