TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I applied for a loan and jumped through all the hoops to even apply. Open an account, direct deposit, apply for credit card etc... Loan is declined for credit inquiries (from US Bank) length of time as client and the revolving credit I was told to apply for. I have no debt, dual income, great credit... I never got a call about the declined loan. I will never use this bank again!

US Bank has their shackles around me and will not let go. Out of desperation I took out a $50,000 loan with them for college. They also told me that I would only have to pay the interest back for 5 years after I graduated. This all changed once I couldn't make my payments. First they told me that it was 5 years from when I took out the loan, not after I graduated (LIE) then they told me that I couldn't defer due to how much I owed. That doesn't make any sense! I'm trying to pay them and they WILL NOT work with me. It's all or nothing with these people. DO NOT take out loans with U.S. Bank. They are a terrible business that should have been shut down a long time ago. I'd like to meet the CEO so I could slap him across the face for what they get away with.
