I recently opened up an account at this bank and the bank managers is very friendly and guide you to right information and will let you in on all the perks that the bank has to offer.

Today when we were in the drive through we waited forever and finally were greeted by the LONE teller who said we needed identity since she did not recognize us!  We have been customers since your induction at Pebblebrook!  I said " you must be new"! We are very distressed that your bank would leave one teller to accommodate the walkin and the drive through! We expect better service...it was not her fault!  She was doing her best  to accommodate us!

I have been with this branch about 6 years now. The teller line always greats me by name with a smile and customer service always bends over backwards to help me with any issue I have. I dont keep much money in my account but I always feel special when I come in!
