Ive had numerous problems with a few banks in the past and I have to say Tricounties is absolutly fabuolous!!! They rememeber me when I walk in the door. They remember my interests and we actually talk like humans not just the robotic version most banks are set on" how are you what can I do for you...Thank you have a nice day" All be it that is nice, but after youve banked with Tricounties its like eating lobster after all of your years eating soilent green. You don't even realize how great it can be until you actually see it for yourself. I give every memeber in the Visalia branch a rating of 10 out of 10 they rock!

I have been banking with few different banks prior to Tri Counties Bank. I tell you something about this Bank. I have never experienced such an excellant customer service at any other banking institution.I wanna take this opportunity to thank the entire team at the Elk Grove Branch and to let all your staff know that myself the the entire team here at VPS appreciates and values all your hard work every day and FYI we will bank with you guys for as long as you and I exist. Keep up the excellant work my friends.

When I walk in to the branch, I thought it was kind of out dated. The walls were pink; however, there customer service is amazing. I opened my account in Feb 2012. I will always stay with this bank. They are very friendly and nice. I get a cup of coffee every time I come in! Their loan rates are great, 1.99% for a Home equity line of credit. Overall, this is one of my best banking experiences I had over the last 45 years of my life!!!
