I've found all the tellers to be knowledgeable & expedient at your Whitnall location.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the branch manager, Cathleen Gonzalez, a 15 !!!

It must've been a bad day for Nadine, she was rude to me as well! I won't be going their any longer, that girl needs manners!!! In my day we treated others with respect, especially in a bank! I don't need this bank, my money and I will be leaving Tri City!

I am usually satisfied with my visits to the bank and I have been banking with Tri City for 6 years now. Today NADINE waited on me and was extremely rude, REPEATEDLY rolled her eyes at me and when I confronted her about doing that she said "I don't know what You're talking about" as she was giving me another dirty look. She has a bad attitude and smart mouth, she should really NOT be working there! I will no longer go to this branch which will now make it inconvenient.. Don't be surprised if I change banks for the convenience and respect!
