I've found all the tellers to be knowledgeable & expedient at your Whitnall location.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the branch manager, Cathleen Gonzalez, a 15 !!!

Teller clerk Marissa Stewart gave me a good customer.support. Explained in details everything good about tricity National Bank.
Saving, building credit and investment.Also small business loan. All the staff on duty are all supportive as well.

I went to make a deposit and handed the teller my slip. She looked at it and gives me a dirty look and says take your hat off very rudely. I tell her no. She says she won't make my simple deposit unless I take my hat off. I say give me my slip and ask to speak to the manager, who also was rude but did make my deposit. It very ridiculous to feel like a criminal to make a simple deposit. I could possibly see if I was making a withdrawal. And it was just the way the teller looked at the slip and then asked me to take off my hat. I could possibly understand if she asked right away. And her manners were terrible saying take off your hat. The polite way would have been to say can you please remove your hat for security reasons. I called someone from corporate who seemed to tell me lies and was also very unprofessional. This bank is terrible and its sad to feel like a criminal to deposit money in my own account.
