I have been with this bank for 4+ years now...out of convince.....
I can’t count the number of times My card has been denied for $5, $10, $15!!!
Down right embarrassing!!!
Especially when there are 1000’s of $$ in my account!
Over and over they tell me...its not their fault!!
It just happened again...Im out of town, take my elderly parents out to lunch..declined!!
I’m so embarrassed, people are behind me and know whats going on...
I leave the restaurant, with the 2 declined slips in my hand, I call the bank...AGAIN...
They say the restaurant is lying, & it’s only been ran 1 time....and all is good...they actually called me a liar! Even with the 2 slips in my hand!!!
When I get home...all my auto deposited checks and banking are going to be changed!
Huge inconvenience for me...but i am over the rude people that work there and how I am treated over and over! (Both branches!)
Out of 8 friends that have at one time used this bank ...I am the last one to change...
