I've had accounts with park for at least 15 years. I started out at the Johnstown Ohio branch. Dealt with some rudeness from the tellers from time to time. Moved east about nine years ago. Started using the Hebron Ohio branch. Some of the tellers were much worse. Inside the bank lobby a teller raised her voice and snapped at me. Everyone in the bank's heads snapped in my direction. That teller acted like a rebellious teenage girl, snapping at her mother. I'm only a customer for many years, Didn't deserve that. They have a bad habit of changing their rules, not notifying you until you pull into the driveway through, to let you know they won't provide the service they've always provided before. Then tellers, like Michelle B, love to give you the bad news. Then manager Cody Smailles, thinks he's still on the high school football team. And if you're not one of his teammates, you're the enemy and fair game for ridicule. They recently changed their "policy" and didn't notify AGAIN, until I was in the drive thru, the get a csh advance on my bwc card, as I've done for 7 years now. They told me I have to use the ATM. Just so happens it would take me six days to make all the withdrawals allowed and be charged $3 each time. I drive a half hour each way, to and from the bank. None of that is an option. In addition, it's discriminatory against disabled people, a federally protected group. Park national is NOT about customer service but only about serving themselves with customer money. I highly advise AGAINST using this bank.
