Henry Boice- Lacks general management skills, rude, lack of concern towards dissatisfied customers, and general customer service skills. He is a poor representation of the company and wards customers away from this bank. Thanks to him we have moved to Chase and are completely satisfied.

"Lady"(that's her name)at the Weston, Fl Branch is snotty and rude. She needs to be fired. I flinch every time I have the unfortunate luck to have to deal with her. She acts like she'd doing you a huge favor whenever you walk in the door. The bank is empty every time I go in there, and all of the employees are chit chatting, so I'm not sure why it such a big deal to assist a customer.....Not the normal Northern Trust Experience.
