This branch is amazing. The staff is like no other staff I have ever dealt with in a bank. The minute I walk through the door everyone is saying hello. There is never a long line or a long wait for anything. We have a business account and a personal account. I have had many questions over the years and was always helped immediately. Never had to wait for anyone to call back. Sal, Chris, Vanessa and Sabrina go above and beyond to help your customers. There is another young gentleman that works there but I can't remember his name because I would have added him with the others. Sometimes when I go to do my banking I find myself in the bank for quite some time because everyone is so friendly we start talking about the weekend and family etc.... I recommend this branch to everyone. I will never change banks. Again, the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable to all questions. I also see the way other people are dealt with while I am in the bank and its the same. Everyone always has a smile and leaves happy. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with your staff and the way the run this branch. They really take pride in helping their customers

Great Bank, Great People at Branch
Back office is tightly managed and at times can be backward to deal with regarding "charges and fees", No flexibility on clearing checks.
