I've worked with a lot of banks in my 62 years of banking. While First Horizon was good at the onslaught, they became distant. TheFirst has been stellar for the duration of the 4 years I've used them. I have a personal account, a business account, and also a HELOC loan with TheFirst.. all have been serviced well. Special heads-up to Mike Norman, one of their VPs. Great guy, amicable, and a problem solver. I'd recommend this bank to any of my friends on the North Shore.
