Recently an organization that I am a officer of obtained a line of credit loan from the Peckville office. Susan Colborn, the branch manager, was extremely professional and polite. Every one we came in contact with at the bank was really polite.

long story short, if you dont like your job, find a new one. a recent encounter with a teller, a new asian woman at the bank, reminded me how low a priority customer service has become for these banks. fidelity should be ashamed to have this horrid woman as an employee.
