I have been with this bank and have always received a smile and personal acknowledgement when I walked in the lobby or pulled into the drive up window.
The group there is professional and works hard to assist us in building our business.

Recent experiences at this bank are causing us to reconsider banking with this institution. If you value customer service (both policies reflective of customr concern as well as general attitude) you would do well to choose a different bank.
