I have went into this bank recently to withdraw money, they try to question you why, what its for and when will you use it: it was a struggle. I went to close down my accounts, the teller said I couldn't with proper id. Keep in mind that I opened the accounts. I had to get aggressive, told them to give me my money,the first teller went to the next teller, then to the branch manager. next, the teller for the drive through was prompted to come out, she started staring at me. finally, this old woman typed up the personal checks so sloppy. I hate this bank in Columbus, MS, it looks like a ghost town. I believe they will close soon due to poor business and customer service.

The bank will argue with you about everything to make themselves look good. They charge fees when there is no justification.
