I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been with this bank since 2012. I have been with other banks before and since because of moves but always kept an account here. Their staff is honest, courteous, professional, helpful, even friendly. I have never had an issue with lost deposits or access to money. The best bank I have ever worked with.

I have been a customer at this bank since 2012. Everyone is very friendly, professional courteous. I don’t understand the other reviews. My experience here has been exceptional. Never lost deposits, never had to “wait for moneyâ€. My experience over the last 5 years has been …well…wonderful!

This the worst bank I have ever held an account with, and one of the worst personal experiences I have ever had. I get really really tired of not having access to my money. I moved my accounts to another bank and never regretted it. There is something really really wrong here. I hate to think what is going on, but now my money is safe and i don't have to deal with their drama anymore.
