If you only ever physically go inside the bank itself and never do any transactions outside, this is the bank for you. If you're like almost everyone else and do some of your banking online, don't touch BS&L with a ten foot pole. I cannot express how many times the bank reset my online account without informing me in any way. All my passwords, usernames, and e-mails. They give you the option to change your password, but unless you call and have them do it for you... well.... good luck. Got stuck waiting until business hours numerous times before I could pay bills, check my balance, even check to see whether or not my account had been hacked into. When it comes to any online banking whatsoever, brattleboro savings and loan hands down has the worst system. Ever. I don't have time for that, so I switched to a different bank. I would advise anybody looking into banking in the brattleboro area to do the same.

BS&L is a great bank. They do a lot of good in the community, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
