I walk in trying to do business and all I see is the manager in the back laughing and howling into the phone. I don't understand what is so funny. There are people waiting on line and all the employees are running around and she is laughing and howling into the phone. I don't know how you can hire a manager like that. This is a really good bank but your location has a terrible manager!

Same here, terrible service. No one can fire her because she plays the racial card. I don't have problem with her being black, but making me wait in line for 15 mins (not exaggerating) while she's laughing on the phone...that's not good service. She doesn't do anything and puts all the burden on the assistant manager.

THIS WAS THE BEST RUN BANK THAT I'VE EVER USED.I HAD COMPLIMENTED THE MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES ON THE GREAT SERVICE.SOMETHING MUST HAVE DISCOURAGED THE LADY IN CHARGE BECAUSE SHE DID A COMPLETE 180 OVERNIGHT.MAYBE IT WAS SOMETHING SHE ATE.SHE USED TO TAKE CARE OF HER BUSINNESS CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY WERE VALUED FRIENDS. NOW,SHE WILL TELL THESE SAME CUSTOMERS THAT THERE ARE OTHER BANKS TO USE. SMILILING AND LAUGHING AS LOUD AS SHE CAN WHILE DOING SO. INFACT, ANYTIME YOU GO TO THAT BRANCH, YOU CAN HEAR HER HOWLING AWAY ON THE PHONE AVOIDING THE CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR HER. IT'S A SHAME,HER TELLERS CONSIST OF SOME OF THE NICEST, MOST EFFICENT GIRLS THAT YOU HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. WHEN I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE, I TOLD THEM IT WAS AS IF CUSTOMER SERVICE LEFT THIS BRANCH WITH THE COMMERCE BANK NAME! (IN REGARDS TO THE FINE LADY I'VE BEEN SPEAKING OF ONLY)
