After reading disheartening reviews about many banks in our new area we decided to call Sunwest Bank to schedule an appointment to set up our personal and business accounts. Our first phone contact was met with someone who sounded as though our business would be important to them. We happily set up an appointment for later that day. We were met with a Hello from everyone working in the bank as we entered. Barbara was amazing to work with setting up our accounts. She is very efficient and personable as well. Though just new to the bank and don’t have a real history yet, if our future with Sunwest is half as nice as our experience was today I know we will be very happy banking with them.
