I Love This Bank

Customer service has always be great at this bank.  I have been with them for just about 10 years since they bought my Florida bank.  They have always done everything that I asked for immediately.  I have never been put on hold to wait for an agent.  Their customer service agents are always very nice and friendly and sound happy.  I do all my banking over the phone since I live in texas and their debit card works at most 7-11's and many other locations across the country.

Stearns Bank has always gone above and beyond my expectations. They are great people to work with, with excellent customer service!!!
