My wife Pamela and I love the hometown personal feel every time we walk into the bank. They are nice, helpful, cheerful,and talk to you or with you and not at you. We don't feel like a number or statistic on a spread sheet, rather like a human being. We love the service, and relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was audited by irs and found descrepency in our accounts and when i went to call them on this. (and knowing we were overcharged) only payed back 6 months of fees and charges. Operation officer Deb Polsin stated that even though there computer program was not set up for our account propperly that we will never see any of the overcharges and fees which the mindless computer who can only be accountable for six months worth of charges. I have been with this bank for about 20 years, The members of the bank are great people, but as to weather i willl stay with the bank depends on the bank president Jerry L. Adams and his phone call. I quess I will then see if loyalty to an institution still means anything.
