I have been a customer at Southern Bank ( in 3 locations) for over 30 years. I simply can not articulate all of the wonderful things I have to say about Southern Bank, in particular, the former Hamilton branch (now closed), & the Robersonville, NC branch. Both past and present employees of both have always been extraordinarily kind, efficient, and as helpful as possible to me. I also bank at other institutions, but Southern Bank will always be my primary bank. I trust them implicitly, have no reason or wish to change, & appreciate the help they have given me over the many, many years I have been with them.

I have dealt with Southern Bank for the last 5 years at all 3 locations on the Outer Banks. I must say "EXCELLENCE" in customer service, online banking, loan/financing and so on! This hometown bank has always rolled out the carpet in serving my needs just as I have witnessed others being serviced. It is a pleasure to be associated with Southern and know that all is well. I have worked all other banks in the area and they just do not compare!
