Problems from the beginning from debit card not being ordered to jumping hoops to get it to activate. The staff was friendly so I tried to hang in there. The last straw was when my account was restricted for possible fraud. No unusual activity. I was told over the phone after waiting all weekend my new account was open and I could come get some money. When I arrived I was told I couldn’t. The manager Alecia who I have never met or seen even once in my many trips in the bank came over very unprofessional and was so rude. She said my account was restricted for using my brothers phone number. Who I live with. I told her the staff knew I was using my brothers number because I don’t have a phone. She basically called me a liar and said read my contract. I said why when I told them in the beginning. I can work with mistakes. But her unprofessional downright ugly attitude is something I refused to work with. When I told her to give me my money and close my account she magically had access to it then. I will never bank there again and will make sure to let everyone know how they just hold your check hostage when you have bills and when you try to work with them it is nothing but a headache and you better hope Alecia isn’t in because she has no care to help the customer. Other staff if not helpful was very nice and apologetic.

Jamestown TN Bank was amazing

I had the perfect experience with this bank. I was setting up a new business account and they were able to accommodate me and they were very friendly.

Poor service by Branch Manager of Sales

I received very poor service from the Branch manager of Sales at the Tullahoma location. While I was attempting to help my elderly parents and their accounts, she ( manager) insisted on making every part difficult and time consuming.
I was able to complete the task only after going over her head to Legal Dept where issues were solved in 48 hrs. How this lady could be in a manager position eludes me. I am closing all accounts and CD's due to this managers behavior.  Good luck to all and stay safe..  C Hudspeth
