i applied for a loan on a home & was told my rental income would be considered. Angela told me she would include me on a conference call to explain my rental situation. Angela met with the loan committee without allowing my input & denied my 78k loan with 33k down plus excellent credit due to their own assumptions regarding the costs aligned with rentL income as opposed to looking at the individual contract - terribly misled by Angela.
