Phone calls to this branch are a nightmare. Busy or message that the number has been changed. 2 occasions I have received other customers activity reports instead of mine. Unacceptable. My paperwork for my real estate renewal has been lost. Called the main office they said they would look into it. Never got a reply. Needless to say I am very disappointed and frustrated.
