I have to say that I disagree with the last customer.I always go to the Rumford,RI location because of their customer service, and fast response I receive when experiences any issues. Jody is the absolute best customer service rep, at any bank, that I have ever dealt with. Hands down! ....All together I think banks in general take advantage of customers with all their sneaky little charges. If it weren't for bills etc...that I had to pay for with a checking account, I would definitely just deal with cash.
